  6. Instruction at Springfield Middle School is driven by the data provided the TCAP and ThinkLink tests. This information allows teachers to maximize learning for each and every student.
  7. School policies should be goal oriented for all students in order to experience measurable success. All stakeholders will be involved in development of school policy.
  8. Decision-making is the shared process that includes the principal, parent advisory committee, faculty, and other appropriate stakeholders.
  9. The school should provide opportunities for expression of creative talents in music and the arts.
  10. The school should provide special services and resources for exceptional students.
